Feel free to contact us about exchanges, and we will be as accommodating as possible. Currently, any exchange or previous return has been removed from inventory for over 72 hours for disinfecting purposes.

We carefully inspect each purchased item; however, if you receive a damaged item you have 24 hours to report it to us for an exchange or refund.
We ship via USPS in padded, soft packages or boxes unless otherwise specified. You can expect your package within 5 business days, if not sooner!
